Exams and final assignments are slowly crushing my soul! (Why do universities feel the need to steal fun out youthful students’ lives). I am so stressed out trying to plan my summer vacation, study for my hardest exams and finish my last group assignment; and on top of all of that I have no motivation to study and my sleeping pattern is so irregular it’s a joke.

However the good thing about university is results come out 2-3 weeks after the exam has been sat (I know its literally the next day in America - I miss that!) but I’m currently trying to spot my reward present to myself for completing second year (I like to buy myself something for practically anything); and it’s looking like a  Felix Rey “Miss Priss Leopard Clutch”. I love raffia bags in the summer they are just awesome, plus I have an obsession with leopard print so this is a definite must-have! I almost worked hard enough to deserve it and YOLO right!

I adore silk, chiffon and all light airy fairy shirts because they are so easy to wear and its very tres chic. I have been lusting for some more shirts in various colours as I own a lot of white but the detail in both these shirts make me want more WHITE!

These shirts can effortlessly be turned into a day or night look and since summer is quickly approaching my looks would be

DAY: Pair them with some cute shorts (high waisted or cotton shorts), pretty printed wedges (ankle strapped ones are the cutest right now) and last but not least stack a bunch of bracelets (my spiked one and Links of London friendship bracelet would be a must).

NIGHT: Black legging (I love the shiny American Apparel ones) or a “A-line” skirt that sits on your waist and is super mini and lastly gold tone statement accessories with some classic 6 inch heels!

I have been using Lush face masks since the beginning of this year and it’s a fixed part of my skincare routine (so that’s an indictor that it is that good). I love using organic products and I simply feel it’s much better in every aspect for your skin.

So without further ado here’s my review!

Love Lettuce:

• Helps exfoliate and scrub away dead skin

Cupcake:

• Helps reduce spots and acne, giving a deep cleanse

Cosmetic Warrior:

• Helps moisturise and clear skin

Brazened Honey:

• Detox mask that helps the skin glow

Since I had bought 5 pots, I got to trade them all in and get a free one *winning*. I chose Catastrophe Cosmetics and I have tried it once and it’s been pretty good; it’s soft and velvety on the skin and has a sweet blueberry smell which is a great bonus. It reminds me of cupcake and has pretty much the same benefits but I definitely believe it needs to be used with Love Lettuce to get rid of dead skin. It’s currently in the running to be repurchased along with Love Lettuce and my must try Oatifix (helps moisturise and control the oil in the skin)

I probably won’t try BB Seaweed (for reducing redness), Ayesha (for tautness and smoothness) and The Sacred Truth (to help with anti-ageing) because I don’t need what these masks provide but I might try it one day as they can have very different results on my skin.

I found this recipe whilst searching for healthy alternatives drink as opposed to pink lemonade (which I’m very much in love with). I really love to have variety in my sugary drinks in addition to my daily litre of water and this smoothie recipe looked so appetising (cinnamon and honey, YUM!). I love banana’s so this is very tasty and smoothies are so easy and fun to make that this had to be included in the recipe box!
